Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted where products are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

Notification Period

Customers must notify AgriMarket Ghana within seven (7) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Procedure

Customers must provide proof of purchase and supporting evidence, including photographs, as requested.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed after inspection and issued using the original payment method, subject to applicable deductions.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, customized products, and used items are generally non-returnable unless otherwise required by law.
