Vendor Obligations

Limitation of Liability
AgriMarket Ghana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
